Summary
In a case adjudicated by the Qatar International Court, KBF Trading and Contracting Company WLL (the Claimant) filed claims against Mr. Akram Hidri and Creatrea LLC (the Defendants) concerning a Shareholder Agreement and a Share Transfer Agreement. The court found that neither party's claims were successful and made no order for costs. The agreements involved the transfer of 50% of shares in Creatrea, with specified financial commitments by the Claimant. Despite several payments and attempts to register shareholding, disputes arose over unpaid sums and use of invested funds. The court concluded with no determinations on certain disputed payments due to lack of evidence.
