Summary
In a case before the Qatar Financial Centre Civil and Commercial Court, Aegis Services LLC filed actions against EMobility Certification Services and three former employees for breaching non-disclosure, non-competition, and non-solicitation clauses in their employment contracts. The former employees allegedly solicited Aegis' clients and disclosed confidential information to EMobility. The court, after a hearing on 4 July 2023, denied interim injunctions but set the case for a final hearing on 8 and 9 October 2023. The jurisdiction of the court was affirmed based on connections between the parties and the QFC.
