Today, the Qatar International Court and Dispute Resolution Centre (QICDRC), in partnership with Monckton Chambers and Essa Al-Sulaiti Law Firm, successfully hosted a compelling panel discussion titled "The Life of a Public–Private Partnership (PPP) Contract: From Conception to Demise." The event attracted a diverse audience of legal professionals, government representatives, and industry experts.
The panel provided a comprehensive exploration of the entire lifecycle of PPP contracts, offering a comprehensive insights into the legal challenges that may arise at various stages.
