Raise a Complaint

Please note that we cannot accept complaints about a judgment, decision, or order in relation to a particular case. Should you disagree with a judgment, decision or order, the appropriate mechanism is to seek permission to appeal, or have it reviewed as the case may be, in accordance with the Court’s Regulations and Procedural Rules. You can find out how to appeal a decision here.

If, however, your complaint relates to another issue, such as the management of cases, service issues or the conduct of staff, such complaint should be logged using the Raise a Complaint box.
