Summary
In a judgment dated 26 December 2022, the Qatar International Court ordered Doha Insulation Trading & Contracting LLC to pay Aegis Services LLC QAR 7,000.00. Aegis had assisted Doha Insulation in obtaining ISO Certification, but the payment via a cheque from a sister company was dishonored due to insufficient funds.
