Summary
In a judgment dated 2 April 2023 from the Qatar International Court, the claims of Mounib Harmoush against AHK Enterprise LLC were dismissed. Harmoush had alleged breaches of a rental contract for a kiosk during the FIFA World Cup 2022 but failed to provide evidence for his claims.
