Summary

The Qatar Financial Centre Civil and Commercial Court ruled that MBG Corporate Services LLC must pay Nabila Kesraoui QAR 4,868. Kesraoui, a French national and former Business Development Manager at MBG, filed claims for unpaid salary, leave, medical expenses, and damages following her termination. The court acknowledged that her salary and leave claims were partially settled but found the deductions for disciplinary measures unauthorized. MBG’s failure to provide medical insurance also justified reimbursement of medical expenses. However, Kesraoui’s claims for emotional and defamation damages were not substantiated under QFC law.
