QICDRC and East China University of Political Science and Law Strengthen Collaboration with Signing of MOU

The Qatar International Court and Dispute Resolution Centre (QICDRC) and East China University of Political Science and Law (ECUPSL) have formalised a significant partnership with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), solidifying their commitment to enhancing legal education and research collaboration. This agreement builds upon the successful visit of QICDRC delegates to Shanghai in 2023 and emphasizes the strategic importance of international academic exchanges.
During a productive meeting at ECUPSL, recognised as one of China's leading institutions in legal education, representatives from both organisations engaged in constructive discussions aimed at deepening cooperation in various domains of legal studies. The MoU outlines plans for joint initiatives that include lectures, workshops, and research collaborations focusing on international arbitration, dispute resolution, and comparative legal systems.

"We are pleased to build on the momentum of our 2023 visit to Shanghai by formalizing this pivotal partnership with East China University of Political Science and Law, one of China’s leading institutions," said Faisal Rashid Al-Sahouti, Chief Executive Officer of QICDRC. "Our recent discussions at ECUPSL were highly productive, resulting in an MoU that deepens our collaboration and paves the way for significant advancements in legal education and research. This partnership will enable us to launch joint initiatives in lectures, research, publications, and internships, all with the aim of cultivating a new generation of legal professionals equipped with a global vision and the skills needed to excel in an increasingly interconnected world."
